Billing and Fees
Clear fees, no hidden costs. Below are our session rates and the policies we ask clients to know before we begin.

Insurance
We don't work with insurance in any capacity, including billing, networks, and reimbursement paperwork. Insurance plans often require a diagnosis and can limit the number and type of sessions. Working without them keeps those choices with you and your therapist.
Cancellation policy
We have a 24-hour cancellation policy. If you do not contact us at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled session, you may be charged in full for any missed, changed, or canceled sessions. This will be evaluated on a case by case basis at the sole discretion of the therapist.
Rescheduling a couples therapy intensive requires 48 hours’ notice.
ESA letters and employment documents
ESA letters and employment related documents are available when clinically appropriate and may incur additional fees.
Good Faith Estimate
You have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate explaining how much your therapy will cost before we begin working together.
Federal law requires healthcare providers to give patients who aren't using insurance an estimate of expected charges for services, including therapy. You can request this estimate before scheduling your first session.
If you receive a bill that's at least $400 more than your Good Faith Estimate, you have the right to dispute it. Keep a copy of your estimate for your records.
For more information about your right to a Good Faith Estimate, visit www.cms.gov/nosurprises.
