Frequently Asked Questions

  • We are an out-of-network provider and do not bill insurance directly. This allows us to offer therapy that is tailored to your unique needs, rather than being limited by the constraints of insurance-approved modalities. Working outside the insurance system gives us the flexibility to integrate approaches that support deeper, more lasting change—without being confined to a specific diagnosis or treatment model.

  • I work with clients navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship challenges, self-esteem issues, and stress. I also support individuals dealing with family conflict, parenting, mood disorders, and major life transitions.

  • The first session is a chance for us to get to know each other. We’ll talk about what brings you in, what you’re hoping for, and begin to explore how we might work together. It’s also a space for you to ask any questions you may have. Everything you share in session is confidential, with a few legal exceptions (such as risk of harm to yourself or others). We’ll review confidentiality in detail during your first appointment.

  • We have a limited number of sliding scale slots available to increase accessibility to therapy. These are offered based on financial need. Please inquire about availability if you're experiencing financial hardship.

  • We understand that life happens. If you need to cancel or reschedule, we ask for at least 24 hours’ notice. Appointments missed or canceled with less notice may be subject to a fee.
