Individual Therapy in Santa Clara, CA
I work with adults navigating anxiety, trauma, relationship patterns, and life transitions. Our work together is collaborative and focused on sustainable change: not just managing symptoms, but understanding why you react the way you do and building new patterns that actually stick.
How We Work Together
In our first few sessions, we'll map out what brings you in and what you want to change. We'll build a treatment plan that makes sense for your life, not a one-size-fits-all approach.
Throughout our work, I check in regularly to make sure therapy is actually working for you. If something isn't landing, we adjust. The goal is progress you can feel, not just insight you collect.

Treatment Approach
I use Internal Family Systems (IFS), EMDR, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and attachment-based therapy to target the root causes: the nervous system patterns and old wounds driving your current struggles. Treatment planning is collaborative and guided by your goals, preferences, and what actually works for you. You'll learn to regulate your emotions, challenge the narratives keeping you stuck, and respond to stress in ways that feel different.
