Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist (LMFT)
Satva Therapy is growing, and we’re looking for an LMFT who wants to build something meaningful with us.
You won’t be stepping into a rigid system that has already been defined. You’ll have the opportunity to shape your role, develop your own clinical niche, and help influence how the practice grows.
Satva is a fully private-pay practice. There are no insurance panels, credentialing requirements, claims, denials, or insurance-driven treatment decisions. The focus stays where it should be: on the client and the clinical work.
Why join Satva
Strong compensation - Earn $110 per completed session
Clinical autonomy - Set your availability, build toward the populations and specialties you care about, and practice in a way that reflects your clinical strengths.
Real support behind your practice - We take care of the administrative side, including billing, scheduling technology, and marketing for the practice. Building a caseload in a private-pay practice takes time, and we'll work with you on it rather than leaving you to figure it out alone.
A chance to grow with the practice - Because you’re joining early, you’ll have a meaningful voice in how Satva develops as we add clinicians, specialties, and services.
A Clinician-Led Practice
Satva was founded by Meera "Kali" Tanikella, LMFT, a California-licensed therapist and educator with more than a decade of experience across clinical practice, teaching, and research.
Kali continues to see clients herself and brings a clinical approach grounded in Internal Family Systems (IFS), mindfulness, MBCT, and attachment-based therapy.
Her work includes individuals, couples, and families navigating anxiety, trauma, relationship challenges, and the lasting effects of past experiences.
We want each clinician at Satva to bring their own strengths and develop expertise in the work they want to be known for.
We Help You Build Your Caseload
Satva actively invests in referral generation so clinicians aren’t left to build a practice alone.
Current and growing channels include:
Psychology Today
Google and local search
The Satva Therapy website
Social media
Community and professional referrals
Additional marketing initiatives as the practice grows
We’ll work with you to strengthen your professional presence and attract clients who are a strong fit for your work.
What We Provide
$110 per completed client session.
W-2 employment
$50 monthly internet reimbursement
Billing, marketing, and technology support
Employee referral bonuses of $500 - $1,000 per hired referral.
Who We’re Looking For
Warm and grounded - You create an environment where clients feel safe, respected, and understood.
Clinically independent - You manage your cases, documentation, and professional responsibilities well without needing constant oversight.
Growth-minded - You want to deepen your skills, develop your expertise, and build a strong caseload over time.
Interested in contributing - You like the idea of joining a small practice early and having a voice in what it becomes.
